TRAINING SESSIONS

Training days differ and may fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Small sided age groups (U6-U11) generally only train 1 night per week from 4pm - 5pm (this may differ from team to team depending on coach availability and team preferences).

Competition age groups (U12+ ) train twice a week with the times varying from team to team depending on coach availability and team preferences,  

2017 Training times to be confirmed. 2016 Training was as follows:

U6-U9 age groups - Wednesday afternoons 4pm - 5pm

U10 & U11 - Tuesday's 4pm - 5pm

U12 & U13 - Tuesday's 4pm/4.30pm - 5.30pm (please check with your coach)

U14 - Tuesday's 5.30pm - 6.45pm

Shin pads are essential at training and please send a drink bottle with your child to training.


Training is generally on rain, hail or shine and will only be cancelled due to wet weather if deemed appropriate by the Coach and it is up to the Coach/Team Manager to let their teams know if training is not on.

The grounds are very rarely closed and if on any occasion they need to be, the Club will advise the Coach/Team Manager who will in turn advise their team that training is not on.  We will also post advice on our facebook page.
